Hours:  Monday - Thursday  9AM - 6PM Eastern. We reserve Fridays for our Export shipping, however, we do ship left over Domestic and some web orders that arrive overnight on Thursday on Fridays as well. Due to the complexity of exporting, we do not service the phones on Fridays.

Shipping:

 Items in this online catalog are shipped United Parcel Service or FedEx Ground Delivery Within the US Lower 48 States. Some small items or International orders may travel by postal or alternate carriers. Local In stock orders received by 2PM Eastern, usually ship same day. Many items in this catalog are drop shipped from our Atlanta Warehouse and may require a minimum of 24-48 hours processing time prior to shipment.

Due to recent changes in the way that Air packages are calculated, now by Dimensional weight and not just weight alone, all requests for air delivery must be done on a per order basis by e-mailing or faxing our customer service department. With over 15,000 part numbers, it is impossible to determine the final box size for shipment via our web site. If you would like Air Delivery inside the lower 48, please make this request in the text area of your order and we will contact you with the freight adjustment costs.

HI, AK, PR, And US Possessions Orders:
Orders must travel by AIR UPS shipment or Postal Priority or Express Mail. Our cart can not calculate these orders as the final box size and weight is required for calculations. The Postal System has very stringent requirements on Size and Postal addressing, many items can not meet the Postal Shipping requirements due to size or weight. Please contact us prior to placing any order for availability of shipping and quotes. 

Payment:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Cards for payment. We do not ship C.O.D. All credit card orders require Card Holders Name as printed on card, billing address of card holder must match card company records or order will not be shipped. A Valid Contact phone number is also required for shipment. Payments by personal check are accepted, however these orders will be delayed by 10-14 days bank clearance times. Money orders are processed as received. Body Kits and Body Tubs require pre-payment by Money Order or Certified Check.

Due to the high amount of credit card fraud and losses on shipping outside of USA, we NO LONGER accept credit cards for outside of USA shipments. Customers located outside of USA will be required to make pre-payment in US Dollars prior to any shipments. Payments will be accepted ONLY by Western Union Money Transfer for fastest delivery. Customers may contact us at this link to obtain quotes on shipments outside USA. Outside U.S.A. minimum order $500.00 USD.

Returns:

All products except those specified below are returnable. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a refund. The product must not be damaged, installed, used, missing components or manufacturers documentation and must be returned and received in the original carton. Refunds do not include return or original shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Turner 4WD Parts Company will pay for shipping on the return replacement product only.

Special order, Factory Drop Shipments, Body Parts, Body Kits, Body Tubs, Printed Matter, Electrical or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy. Top Kits are returnable if not opened. Once Opened, The Factory Warranty applies. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization Number, Please call or e-mail our customer service department for your RGA Number. Place your name and RGA number on the outside of package for identification, and insure all returns for your protection. *Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning any goods, unless our fulfillment department made the error. We reserve the right to make modifications to the above policy without prior notification. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking and processing fee. We will not be responsible for ANY returns that have not been pre-authorized with an RGA number. Shipments refused on delivery will incur a Minimum 30% restocking fee or the actual cost of both outbound and inbound return freight which ever is greater.
