NEW TOYOTA FJ-40 FAST TRAC TOP KIT

Our new fasttrac zipper top for the Toyota JF40 is now available.  The side panels zip out and the rear curtain may be zipped out or rolled up.  This allows you to have just a canopy over you in warm weather.  It also allows you to replace the side and rear windows, if needed.  This top is available in any of our 6 colors and is available with either the light tint (2%) windows (standard) or the dark tint (31%) windows.  There is no additional charge for any of these options.  This top has newly designed hardware which is very durable and easier to install than the old fasttrac top. We have eliminated the tailgate retainer on the rear curtain by using a channel attached to the tailgate, and the flap over the doors tucks into a channel on the horizontal rod.  However, we did keep the proven bow system with the bow release bracket which allows the top to be properly tensioned.  The top also comes with a storage bag for the side panels and a storage bag for the rear curtain.  We are very proud of this new top and believe that it is superior to anything now on the market for the FJ40.  We would be delighted to build one for you.

We have redesigned the 2 piece doors for the Toyota FJ40 fasttrac top.  These new doors use a paddle handle and a new door striker plate.  We have eliminated the striker post, used with the old doors, which interfered with a person exiting the vehicle.  We also have changed the hinges to welded on hinge pins which fit into the body part of the OE hinges.  In order to install the door hinges, you drive out the hinge pin on the OE hinges, and leave the door portion of the hinge on the hard door.  You had to use the complete OE hinges to mount the old 2 piece doors.  These doors are available with either the light or dark tint windows and are available in any of our 6 colors.  Of course there is no additional charge for any of these options.  These new doors fit the old top as well as the new top, and we believe that you will like the redesigned doors much better than the old doors.

We have designed a body hinge which fits in the mounting holes for the OE hinges on the body of the FJ40.  This is for those who do not have the OE hinges on their vehicle and who wish to mount our new 2 piece doors.  This is much less expensive than buying a set of OE hinges.
